Juan Michael Sr. is a Los Angeles real estate professional specializing in multifamily and investment property acquisitions and dispositions. His real estate career began in 2005, developing experience across residential sales, distressed property, REO, and income-producing real estate.

In 2010, Juan joined Keller Williams Santa Monica, where he worked alongside Toni Patillo and deepened his experience in Los Angeles short sales and distressed-property transactions. In 2012, he moved to Skyway Realty to work under broker and mentor Mark Alston, expanding his knowledge of Real Estate Owned (REO) properties and strengthening his connection to the communities he serves.

Juan later joined Keller Williams Inglewood, where he was recognized as a Top Producer in both 2017 and 2018. During this period, his practice increasingly centered on investors and multifamily acquisitions, including 2–4 unit and 5+ unit income properties.

From 2018 through 2023, Juan operated through TMG Investment Real Estate, first as Principal and later as Managing Partner. That chapter further developed the acquisition, due-diligence, repositioning, investor-representation, and disposition work that now forms the core of his practice.

Since June 2023, Juan has operated under Juan Michael Sr & Associates, focusing on multifamily and investment real estate throughout Los Angeles County. His work includes identifying acquisition opportunities, evaluating investment property, representing buyers and sellers, developing investor relationships, and marketing income-producing assets.

Juan’s approach is grounded in analysis, direct communication, negotiation, and long-term client relationships. Whether representing an investor acquiring a property or an owner preparing an asset for sale, his objective is to help clients make informed decisions based on the property, the numbers, and the client’s investment goals.
